Tracy L. Tate Jones, a mother, grandmother, wife, and CEO, is a native of SF’s Bayview District. Having a passion and desire to help the youth in her community and beyond, she started her nonprofit, Beat the Streets, Inc., in Pittsburg, CA in 2005 to provide resources for education, employment and life skills to young adults. It was founded to stop the youth from hanging out around her home. Welcoming them into her home allowed them to develop a bond that would lead to the services offered today in Antioch, CA.

Her educational background includes receiving an AA Degree from Heald Business College, a BA & MBA in Business with emphasis on Accounting & Public Administration from the University of Phoenix, and a master’s certificate in Accounting from Keller Graduate School.

Aside from her philanthropic passions, Tracy is also the CEO of TLJ Professional Services, Inc., an accounting professional of over 30years, and provides administrative, bookkeeping, and tax preparation for individual and small businesses. Tracy is also a life and health insurance provider licensed in CA, NV, TX, IL, adding GA.

Tracy is motivated to share her story to encourage other women to LIVE life fully. The trials she endured are a true testimony of courage, endurance, and a never ending will to live. Tracy counts her blessings to be a blessing to others.
