Vanessa Oden

 Vanessa Magali Oden is a true renaissance woman. She is a wife, mother, educator, minister, blogger, multi-passionate entrepreneur, radio personality, and community influencer. Vanessa was born in Brooklyn, New York, and was the first person in her family to be born on the U.S. mainland. She holds a B.A. in Pastoral Studies from Patten University where she graduated magna cum laude. She also holds an M.A. degree in Education with an emphasis in Educational Leadership. She is active in her community and serves on the Board of Directors of F.I.R.E. Ministries. She is an international evangelist, and also serves in her local ministry in a variety of capacities. She is a seminary instructor in Fairfield, CA, and a classroom teacher in the highest achieving charter school in Oakland. She also served as a commissioner of her local Parks and Recreation Committee in Williams, CA. Vanessa has traveled to over twelve countries on four continents. She loves to spend time in nature and enjoy her family. She is a mom of five children, and dedicates this book chapter to her entire family and friends, that they may always remember the “God Moments.” Vanessa lives with her family in the San Francisco Bay Area of California. Vanessa hopes that her book will inspire others to see “God Moments” in all areas of their lives, and that they will be encouraged to soar to new heights.
